"I am so sorry that you have to read this but you but you asked for it. I do not appreciate having to deal this way. I am use to dealing with my agent on stuff like this. I am used to my agent being able to deal with this. It is irritating to me that my agent can’t handle this situation. I will be looking for a new agent or company"

"Kris, I am sorry you are experience these frustrations, as I explained in my email, unfortunately this is outside of our control, as the new process for handling refunds from corporate requires the customer to select their refund method and provide the information directly to corporate via the provided secure link. I understand your frustration as we are also used to being able to handle these situations for you, but after extensive conversations with our billing team, I was again told, that there is no way around it going forward. I apologize for the changes and hope that we can find a way to work together going forward."
